With its idyllic location just 10 metres (32 feet) from the shore in the charming fishing village of Vrboska, Villa Triptih is just a stone’s throw away from some of the most beautiful beaches, biking trails, and hiking paths on Hvar.
In the villa’s garage, you will find a kayak as well as seven mountain bikes which are free for you to use. Both offer you a fun, active way to explore your beautiful surroundings.
While at the villa, you can of course also relax in the pool and enjoy a spectacular private view of the Adriatic.
You also can enjoy the sauna, the billiards table in the cellar, the table tennis on the terrace, or the Daum ER GO (800 watts) ergonomic exercise bike.
A professional rowing machine ergometer awaits you as well.

Relax On The Beach
Directly below the villa, you will find a private rock beach just waiting for you. This is an inviting spot to relax and take in the expansive views of the beautiful blue Adriatic.
Run or Hike Through the Pine Forest
Villa Triptih is situated right up against the dense, shady foliage of some of Hvar’s most beautiful forest land. Walk, jog, or cycle along a 1.4 kilometre path (under a mile) to reach a secluded sandy beach where you can swim or sunbathe.
You also can continue along the connecting 3 kilometre path for a longer ride or run.
Train Like the Pros
Villa Triptih has historically been used as training quarters for professional athletes including European champions, Trans Alp winners, and others.
If you are athletically inclined, you too can follow in their footsteps. Train hard and then relax in the pool or sauna!
Explore “Little Venice”
HISTORY
Owing to the tranquil canal running through its centre and the charming old stone buildings which line its picturesque waterfront, Vrboska is sometimes known as “Little Venice.”
As you might expect, Vrboska is a town rich with history. Stroll along the canal, appreciating the simple beauty of the traditional architecture. Relax at a local café, indulging in delicious Dalmatian cuisine. Be sure to stop in at the town’s fishing museum to discover the story of its people.
CHURCHES
Those who love old churches will want to take time to visit the beautiful houses of worship which grace the streets for Vrboska. Art appreciators will also be excited to check out some of the masterpieces they house, including famous works by Renaissance painter Tintoretto, scholar of Tizian.

STARI GRAD & HVAR TOWN
While you are in Vrboska, be sure to plan excursions to the nearby historic towns of Hvar and Stari Grad. In Hvar town, you will find the oldest citizen’s theatre in Europe. Stari Grad is one of the oldest cities on the entire continent.
